San Antonio is full of culture and diversity. The city represents Texas’s true culture especially while using the Mexican roots, and probably one of the original cities that created the Tex-Mex food and other stuff it brings to the Tejano culture.  All around the San Antonio community you see families own  Jalisco’s and they are always jam-packed inside and out. Ready for you at five am with the freshly pressed tortillas and your favorite taco fillings. Jaliscos all around San Antonio and is a staple to the breakfast seane down in San antonio. Maybe not just jalisco's but many little hidden gems all across san antonio and the south texas areas keeps the culture thriving all across texas.    The few things that pop up in my head when thinking of a research project and what my topic on the paper will be are two main ideas. My interest and what I already know but want to learn more about. And I also think of what idea will be best for me and for the outcome of my paper.  In general, I could talk about football and everything that involves the sport and what makes the sport as great as it is. But then I start to think of topics I’m interested in like stuff back home like breakfast tacos or H-E-B and everything in between. But with football, I think it is gonna be my best bet as I have options and can get others’ opinions on a topic of football I choose to work on for the project.
